Payment Terms
Services are billed as specified in your service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in writing.
Service Level
We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or system failures.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Mango Banango and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mango Banango shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your services with 30 days written notice as specified in your service agreement.

Opt-Out Instructions

Service Changes and Termination

Disclaimer
Mango Banango, mobile carriers, and service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, or for any damages resulting from SMS communications. Messages may not be available in all areas.
